Fraser Portraits share your concern about protecting personal information and is committed to safeguarding your privacy. This is our policy regarding the privacy of information we collect on www.fraserportraits.com (the “Site”). Please read it carefully to understand how your personal information will be treated as you make full use of our many services.

The Information We Gather
Personal information is information that relates to an identifiable individual. When a user registers for the Site (as is necessary, for example, for a user to make a purchase through the Site), the user may be required to provide personal information such as his or her name and email address, to select a login name and password, and to provide credit card information (number, type and expiration date), a telephone number and a billing address. If a user prefers to do so, he or she can talk offline to a customer service representative, and provide the required information over the telephone.

At registration and when a user is purchasing goods through the Site, we provide notice to the user that personal information will be collected during the registration and/or purchasing process (as applicable). This Privacy Statement itself is also notice that such information is collected. We try as hard as we are able to continue protecting personal information.

We recognise that some of the information that we collect from you during registration will change from time to time. You can change information that you have previously provided to us by emailing us at sales@fraserportraits.com or by telephoning the Fraser Portraits office. Protecting personal information is our aim at all times.

If you would like to have your personal information removed from the Site’s database, please contact us at sales@fraserportraits.com However, no security system is impenetrable. We cannot guarantee the security of our servers, nor can we guarantee that information that users supply will not be intercepted while being transmitted to us over the Internet.

Your Rights

Returns
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

If your photographs are damaged or incorrect you have 30 calendar days to contact us from the date you received them. To be eligible for a return, you must have proof of purchase. If they are received damaged then please photograph the damage and email this direct to us together with your claim. Please contact us HERE by email.

Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund by cheque.
